A pre sale survey is practical identical as our Pre-purchase survey, objective and independent.
An owner can opt for rectification of our findings, our adjust his asking price. That’s up to him. If rectified, ask for proof, such as pictures, invoices etc.
If we conduct a pre sale survey we give the owner usual an option for the underwater hull condition survey, against favourable terms. Usually you as would-be owner would like to see the underwater hull anyway, so we suggest to combine, or wait for the periodical maintenance ashore.
